In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the isenag88 website accessible at https://isenag88.org and all related subdomains or applications operated by the company.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services provided by isenag88.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered personally under the user's name and valid identification details.
• "Company" refers to the entity that operates and owns the isenag88 platform under a valid international licence.
• "Services" covers all activities available on the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and all betting products offered.
• "Bonus" refers to financial incentives, game credits or promotional offers given by the company to users subject to the conditions set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a user must reach before bonus funds can be converted to cash for withdrawal.

To register and use the isenag88 platform, users must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of use:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an individual designated by a regulatory authority as a person prohibited from gambling activities.
• Register solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

isenag88 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if a user is found not to meet the eligibility requirements. The company's decision in this matter is final.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the isenag88 platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without compensation.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on MyKad or official identification document.
• Valid date of birth for age verification.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in the user's name.
• Bank account or e-wallet details to be used for transactions.

Users are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur. isenag88 is not responsible for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login details. Any transaction carried out using a user's login credentials is considered to have been made by that user, unless the user has reported a breach to isenag88.

isenag88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The terms governing deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after confirmation is received.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• isenag88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes before processing any withdrawal request.

isenag88 reserves the right to freeze or suspend any transaction suspected of involving money laundering, fraud or a breach of terms. In such cases, the user will be informed through customer support.

All bonuses and promotions offered by isenag88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out for each offer. Users are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion before accepting the offer.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

Approved calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM2,600 → Maximum bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

General terms that apply to all isenag88 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• isenag88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.

isenag88 offers a range of betting products including online slots from leading providers, live casino, sports betting and mix parlay. Each game category has specific rules available in the relevant game help section.

General rules that apply to all betting activity on the isenag88 platform:

• All bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Game results generated by the system using a certified random number generator (RNG) are final.
• isenag88 reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving exploitation of technical bugs or fraud.
• For sports betting, isenag88 reserves the right to change or cancel odds before a bet is confirmed in the event of an obvious error.
• In situations where a technical disruption affects gameplay, isenag88 will determine a fair resolution based on the company's internal policy.

isenag88 users are prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification or providing false information to the company.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Distributing content containing harmful, obscene, threatening material or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights through the platform's communication channels.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances including cash and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities if required.

isenag88 collects and processes users' personal information solely for the purposes of service operation, payment processing, identity verification and compliance with regulatory requirements. User information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Users agree that isenag88 may use transaction history and non-personally identifiable usage data for service improvement and internal analysis purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, isenag88 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the company's control, including internet outages, data centre shutdowns or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in keeping their password confidential.
• Any financial decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.

isenag88's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting isenag88 customer support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, users must settle all pending transactions.

isenag88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• At the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.

isenag88 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If a user disagrees with the changes made, the user has the right to close their account before the effective date.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which isenag88 operates.

Any dispute arising between a user and isenag88 shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration appointed in accordance with the procedures of the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
